Alteration Services – Terms & Conditions

By using The Sewing Corner's alteration services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. All alterations are carried out strictly according to the measurements, instructions, or approvals provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring all instructions and fitting approvals are accurate.

2. Alterations involve permanent modifications to garments and, once work has commenced, cannot be reversed. The Sewing Corner is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from customer preferences, changes of mind, or inaccurate instructions provided by the customer.

3. Customers acknowledge that garments submitted for alteration may have pre-existing wear, damage, weak fabrics, hidden defects, or manufacturing faults that may become apparent during the alteration process. The Sewing Corner accepts no responsibility for such conditions.

4. While every reasonable care is taken in handling garments, The Sewing Corner's liability for any claim arising from alteration services shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount paid for the alteration service. The Sewing Corner shall not be liable for the original purchase price, sentimental value, consequential losses, or any indirect damages relating to the garment.

5. The Sewing Corner reserves the right to decline any alteration request where, in its professional opinion, the requested work may compromise the garment or is unlikely to achieve a satisfactory result.

6. By leaving a garment with The Sewing Corner, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
